Both fists extend simultaneously — striking with the first two knuckles of each hand.

What Is Jin Foh Choy?

Jin Foh Choy — the Double Side Arrow Fist Strike — drives both fists outward simultaneously, striking with the first two knuckles. Develops bilateral coordination, hip power, and simultaneous force delivery.

Key Points

Fist formation

Tight fist — thumbs wrapped firmly around fingers.

Alignment

Fists in front of the body, arms bent, elbows relaxed before the strike.

Simultaneous strike

Both arms extend at the same moment.

Target

Chest, shoulders, or head.

How to Execute

  1. Begin in a balanced stance — feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Rotate the hips and transfer weight to load the strike.
  3. Drive both arms simultaneously, straight and firm, striking with the first two knuckles.
  4. Retract both fists immediately to chamber position.
